 Stephen T. Boote

  Stephen specialises in advising limited companies on systems and management. He is the partner responsible for statutory audits

  and compliance with the requirements of the Companies Acts. He also advises other businesses on tax planning and accounting

  matters. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a Degree in Economics.

 Michael J. Jay

                                                           Michael qualified in 1987 with a large East Anglian practice. After working in industry for a multi national business, Michael

                                                           joined Mapus-Smith & Lemmon in 1990, and was admitted a member of the partnership in 1993.

                                                           Michael spends the majority of his time advising our corporate clients, undertaking audits and looking after medical and

                                                           professional partnerships. The clients Michael acts for are varied, but include a significant number of businesses engaged in the

                                                           agricultural industry and the medical profession.

                                                           Michael is a member of the ICAEW tax and audit faculties as well as the farming & rural businesses and healthcare special interest

                                                           groups. 

                                           Paul E. Farrow

                                                           Paul joined Mapus-Smith & Lemmon in 1988 as a trainee. Paul qualified as an Accounting Technician in 1994 and as a Chartered

                                                           Certified Accountant in 1999 and was admitted a member of the partnership in 2006. Paul is also a member of the Institute of

                                                           Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

                                                           Paul is based in our Downham Market office and acts for a wide and varied portfolio of clients from owner managed companies

                                                           to sole traders which include a significant number of businesses engaged in the agricultural industry.

                                                            Jason joined the practice in 1990 as a trainee. Jason qualified as an Accounting Technician in 1993 and as a Chartered Certified

                                                            Accountant in 1997, later becoming a felllow member and also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England

                                                            and Wales.

                                                            Jason acts for a range of clients, including, partnership, sole traders and companies within a range of industry sectors which

                                                            include the construction industry, medical profession and retail.
